That there was not more security checks.... doors were tied open to let anyone in and people were barbequeing under the awning which could lead to a fire.

The restaurant was fabulous for paid breakfast and lunch, we ordered excellent dishes. The bed was great, the bathroom was large.

The food was great - lots of options.

Comfy rooms, handy central location. An iron and ironing board, an electronic key card, and tea/coffee making equipment available in the standard queen room. Quick check-in, exceptional employees.

It was accessible, comfortable and reasonably priced. Clean and close to shopping and restauraunt, although not a dining room.

The cleanliness of the bathroom is one of the most important things for me, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

The front office assistant was looking at the computer screen more that making the eye contact.And the a/c unit in the room was extremely loud.

It was just an appropriate option for exploring town in London with fantastic value for money. The internet worked decently, a plus for planning my days. Just be ready for some noise from the hallway.

Actually everything was fine, my next choice again in London.

Everything was simply really good. I was happy with hotel's convenient location close to stores. The best thing was how genuinely professional the staff were. Try excellent dishes served at the attached restaurant.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. There are a ton of different dining places within walking distance (great if you like having a drink with dinner, fyi, I think dui is .004 in Ontario so do walk)! Shopping Mall with theaters accross the street. We had breakfast included, it was meat & eggs w/ potatoes & toast, coffee & juice and tasty. It was free but please tip the server!!

The price was right

They only carried foam pillows, when I called and asked for a feather I was advised that you had none. I think you should always carry a few for people that request them.

Clean, quiet, comfortable. Excellent value for mid-range hotel price point.

The staff was helpful , assisting with any inquiries I had promptly. The location was perfect for my business meetings, and the room was spacious and comfortable. I appreciated the warm pool, a nice option after a long day.

The hotel is in need of updates and has some maintenance issues.

Easy check in & check out. Close to 401.

Ground floor very noisy. Could hear people talking right outside the patio door. On arrival, 3 long dark hairs on one of the pillow cases.

The hotel was very convenient for us as we were coming in late and leaving early. The breakfast was great as it gave a good start to the day and was very filling. Although we only saw the front desk staff who were very nice and helpful, I want to say the restaurant staff on the morning of June 16 went above and beyond to serve us. They were friendly and excellent in their job. Keep up the great work.

Not a complaint really as we were happy as long as the room was clean and it was and they accommodated all our requests, but the air condtioning (did work well) but was a little loud.
